1. Blueberry Muffins

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 (6.5 oz) bag blueberry muffin mix
  • 1/2 cup water

 

Directions:

  1. In a bowl, whisk muffin mix and water.
  2. Coat Range Mate Muffin insert with non-stick cooking spray. Include 4 tablespoons of batter into each cavity of a pan and place the muffin pan in the unit. Cook it uncovered for 3 minutes 45 seconds.
  3. Get rid of muffin pan from the appliance and let muffins rest 5 minutes, then remove muffins and cool entirely. Delight in!

 

2. Grilled Cheese, Compliments of RangeMate Pro.

Ingredients

 

  • 2 slices whole-wheat bread.
  • 4 teaspoons saltless butter, softened.
  • 2 slices cheddar cheese.
  • 2 slices cooked bacon, halved.
  • 3 thin pieces vine ripe tomato.
  • 1/4 avocado, peeled, pitted and very finely sliced.

 

Directions:

  1. Coat each piece of bread, 1 side only, with 2 teaspoons butter.
  2. Set up bread, buttered side down into Range Mate ™ 5 in 1 Grill Pan. Top each slice with 1 slice cheese and sliced bacon. Place the cover on and cook it between 2 minutes 15 seconds to 3 1/2 minutes. After 2 minutes 15 seconds, cook it in 30 seconds increments until you find your perfect time.
  3. Add tomato and avocado slices, then close bread to form a sandwich.

 

Tip: May we recommend including a slice or two ham, turkey or roast beef!


3. Salted Nut Brittle, Compliments of RangeMate Pro.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 cup of sugar.
  • 1/3 cup light corn syrup.
  • 1 1/4 cups salted mixed nuts.
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter.
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons vanilla extract.
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda.

 

Directions:

  1. Add sugar and corn syrup into Range Mate 5 in 1 Grill Pan and stir until sugar is completely moistened with the corn syrup. Location lid on and cook 3 1/2 minutes.
  2. Add blended nuts, butter and vanilla, stir until integrated, replace the cover and cook 2 1/2 - 3 1/2 minutes. After 2 1/2 minutes prepare in 30-second increments up until you discover your best time.
  3.  Add baking soda and stir 1 minute till mix darkens to a light caramel color and foamy.
  4. Thoroughly pour the mix onto a silicone baking board, or a cookie sheet lined with a silicone mat and spread into a thin, even layer.
  5. Cool completely and get into portions before serving.

 

Tip: For a more tailored bark usage 1 cup of your favorite nuts.

4. Veggie Dip, Compliments of RangeMate Pro.

Ingredients:

 

  • 1 tablespoon canola oil.
  • 3/4 cup chopped onions.
  • 1/2 cup sliced red peppers.
  • 1/2 cup chopped green peppers.
  • 1 (8 oz.) package cream cheese, softened, cut into 1-inch pieces.
  • 1 cup sour cream.
  • 1 (1 oz.) packet ranch salad dressing and seasoning mix.

 

Directions:

  1. Place oil, onions and peppers into Range Mate 5 in 1 Grill Pan. Place the lid on and cook 3 1/2 minutes. Stir, replace the cover and cook it for an extra 3 to 4 minutes. After 3 minutes prepare in 30-second increments until you discover your ideal time.
  2. Include cream cheese, sour cream and cattle ranch spices. Stir until well combined.

 

TIP: Serve with celery, carrot and pepper sticks or broccoli and cauliflower florets.

 

5. Frozen Pre-Made Pizza for One, Compliments of RangeMate Pro

Directions:

 

  1. Place 1 frozen, pre-made pizza for one into your RangeMate ™ PRO 5-in-1 Grill Pan. Place the lid on and cook for 2 minutes.
  2. Get rid of the cover and cook uncovered at 50% power for 5 1/2 - 7 minutes. After 5 1/2 minutes prepare in 30-second increments up until you discover your best time.

 

6. Grilled Pork Chops with Corn, Compliments of RangeMate Pro

Ingredients:


  • 2 boneless pork chops, 1-inch thick (about 7-- 8 oz each).
  • Salt and pepper, to taste.
  • 1 cup of corn kernels.

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat Range Mate ™ 5 in 1 Grill Pan, without the lid, for 3 minutes.
  2. Season pork with salt and pepper, and then add to the unit. Place lid on and prepare 6 minutes.
  3. Turn pork over, add corn, change the cover and cook it for an additional 4 1/2 to 5 1/2 minutes. After 4 1/2 minutes cook it in 30-second increments up until internal temperature level reaches 160 ° F.
  4. Tip: Season corn with fresh chopped rosemary.

7. Sweet & Sour Cocktail Franks, Compliments of RangeMate Pro

Ingredients:


  • 1/2 cup catsup.
  • 1/3 cup orange juice.
  • 1 Tbs. Mustard.
  • 1 Tbs. Brown sugar.
  • 1 bundle mixed drink franks - (40 or so).

Instructions:

  1. Mix ingredients well.
  2. Include franks to RMP. Cook for 4 minutes, covered. Stir. Grill an extra 2 minutes.
  3. Include sauce. Stir and cook for 5 minutes. Serve.

 

8. Apple Stuffing, Compliments of RangeMate Pro.

Ingredients:


  • 2 tablespoons saltless butter.
  • 1/2 medium onion, sliced.
  • 1 stalk celery, chopped.
  • 1/2 Granny Smith apple, cored and chopped.
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground sage.
  • 1 cup stuffing bread cubes.
  • 1/2 cup veggie broth.
  • 1/2 cup sweetened dried cranberries.
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper.

 

Directions:

  1. 1. Add butter into Range Mate 5 in 1 Grill Pan. Location cover on and cook 1 1/2 minutes.
  2. 2. Include onion and celery. Change cover and cook 3 minutes.
  3. 3. Stir in apples, replace the cover and cook 4 minutes.
  4. 4. Include bread cubes, broth, cranberries, sage and pepper. Stir to integrate, then change lid and prepare an additional 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 minutes. After 3 1/2 minutes prepare in 30 second increments up until you discover your perfect time.

Tip: For sausage stuffing, location 8 ounces raw sausage, collapsed into small pieces, in step 2, then follow remaining directions.
